*REFUND POLICY: Registration fees for camps are non-refundable. If a child is unable to attend, the parent may offer his or her space to a friend provided the friend meets our age criteria for the program.

If an event has fewer than six registrations, it may be subject to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled start time. It is the responsibility of the Youth Programs Coordinator to contact families 24 hours in advance of a scheduled program to inform of cancellation and offer options such as transferring their fee to another date or refunding.

For the rare instances when the cancellation is due to a WHS decision (such as a snow emergency), the Youth Programs Coordinator should work to transfer the fee to another camp date or rescheduling the camp. If the registrant does not utilize either of those options, the fee may be refunded.
